I moved my cat from the USA to Australia and Pet Relocator was amazing! The move had strict rules and they were able to help guide me. While trying to move I had a few hiccups in my personal life and pet relocator worked with me and my lack of communication. I am so thankful for them and I highly recommend. Once we got the news we were being sent to Korea we immediately started exploring every option of how to bring our husky with us. All AMC pet slots were filled, her crate measurements required her to fly as cargo, and other pet shipping companies quoted us upwards of $6,000. It seemed like everywhere we turned there was a roadblock and bringing her looked more and more impossible. Then I found out that the company that we would work with in Korea, Shindogs Air, works with Pet Relocator. So I filled out our request form and got an email with a quote that laid out all the details and a prompt phone call to see if we had any questions and we were sold. From the moment we started working with them they broke everything down task by task and made something that at first seemed impossible completely achievable. They review all the paperwork and make sure you have everything you need. Our vets missed a signature and a stamp and they made sure we had all of it squared away. Not to mention we had so many questions throughout the process and they were always a phone call away to answer them, no matter how trivial they seemed. We flew out before our pet so our agent Deana picked our dog up from our boarding facility and from the point of her pickup until she arrived in Korea and Shindogs took over she kept us up to date with flight info and sent pictures to let us know our girl was doing well. I honestly cannot put into words the incredible service that Cassandra and Deana provided to us and how grateful we are to them.   We were  nervous to ship my daughters very beloved 1 kg Netherlands dwart to UK from Denver, and we had no idea how the process worked especially as UK requires a quarantine for rabbits.  Pet Relocator were actually recommended to us by the quarantine facility in UK who said they were "the best company that we work with".  The planning and execution were flawless.  It was actually simpler than I imagined - primarily because they did all the work!  Cassandra actually drove 2 hours to my daughter's house, did all of the crate modifications, prepared the crate and all the paperwork and took the bunny to the airport and checked him in!  For what was really far too small of a charge for the amount of work and time she gave to it.    Most  important, they always made us feel that they were totally in control of the situation, that this was not a big deal to do this.   And they executed flawlessly on the day.  We are so so grateful and we will be singing their praises to everyone we know in the Expat community here in London. In this modern day and age to find a company so totally customer oriented and who clearly loves animals and really cares about their customers was really something I will not forget! Moves are chaotic times, so having a service that helps build some order related to a pet move was a weight lifted.  Pet Relocator uses a tool that keeps track of each stage of the process and this tool connected directly with our vet so they could clarify the items needed for each country.  Documents were stored in a shared location, and it saved on having emails or other types of communications that could be missed.  Once the process was underway, we were provided with updates and photos (when possible).  I appreciated the phone call the day before, as well.  The whole process felt very human and supportive.  The guidance we received regarding the route for our pet to travel, the carrier selection and preparation, and the documents needed were perfect.  There were no issues along the way.  And importantly, our cat arrived happy and relaxed after two 10+ hour flights and a lot of time in the crate.  I am not sure how they accomplished this, as he can be quite anxious in unfamiliar situations. Pet Relocator helped us navigate a complex international move from New Mexico to Norway with our 12-year old dog. Working with Pet Relocator gave us confidence that our dog would be well cared for, that the flight path we chose would be safe, and ensured that all of the required paperwork was completed properly. As we were preparing for our move to Korea we began to see the complexities of travelling to South Korea with such a large dog (80lbs). Pet Relocator was extremely helpful in providing a systematic and organized walkthrough of requirements that made the process so much easier. In the midst of moving a large family (6 kids) it was so helpful to have Deana and team take care of the intricacies of this aspect of the family. Deana and team always communicated with us. They were very responsive and provided clear instructions and guidance throughout the whole process. Overall the team is great and you can tell that they were very organized and experienced in the processes of pet shipping. I also found extremely helpful that they had a POC in Korea, Leo Mendoza, of Shindogs Air. I think this added element of having a POC in the country you are transporting to is extremely helpful. This peace of mind was well worth the price and Deana and her team were extremely professional in all their communications and were always willing to help and ensure our questions were clarified.
